MT Medical Facilitates Neurosurgery Training

Time:2025-10-15 Form:Hochey

Facilitated by MT Medical, a lead neurosurgeon from our Tajikistani client hospital completed a short clinical exchange at a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Beijing. MT Medical supported introductions, itinerary coordination, and communication, while all training activities were organized and conducted by the host hospital in accordance with its policies.

The exchange focused on service development and workflow refinement in neurosurgery, covering—among others—OR workflow observation, case reviews and pre-operative assessment, peri-operative safety, asepsis and infection control, anesthesia coordination and ICU transfer, equipment and consumables management, and quality improvement with documentation. The host hospital also introduced its fully automated, unattended changing wardrobe and shoe cabinet solution: via access/ID or RFID, scrubs and footwear are automatically dispensed and collected with stock status monitoring and usage traceability, improving changing efficiency and infection-control accountability while reducing manual handling.

In addition, the site demonstrated an advanced neurosurgical equipment setup , including operative microscope/exoscope with HD imaging, neuronavigation platform (pre-operative image registration), intra-operative neurophysiological monitoring (e.g., SEP/MEP), ultrasonic aspirator/high-speed drill, neuroendoscopy system, and ceiling pendants/information integration. The discussions highlighted applications across intra-operative localization, lighting coordination, and instrument/consumables management within standardized workflows and safety management. The outcomes will inform the client hospital’s capability enhancement and OR planning recommendations.

For hospitals with similar needs, MT Medical can provide liaison and coordination support—subject to compliance and to the arrangements of the participating institutions—to foster practical, professional exchange. We remain committed to a prudent, businesslike approach that helps partners improve care quality and efficiency in a safe, standardized manner.
